Moving on! Every Tuesday BYU-Idaho hosts a speaker for Devotional. It's a spiritual time-we put on our Sunday Best, bring our scriptures, and are taught by the Holy Ghost. The Hart Auditorium is too small to fit everyone, so they are also broadcast live to the Taylor Chapel, the Kirkham Auditorium, and other campus venues.
And that's why they're building the new auditorium! This is a computer rendition of what it will look like. I'll take a picture of the construction site another time.
Anyway, Devotional is awesome.
We hold up our scriptures to respectfully show the speaker (and the Spirit!) that we are ready to learn.
